Polite, Straight Forward & Went the Extra Mile
Joe was right on time despite the snow. In a short bit of time after carefully listening to the problem and experiences, he identified the problem of a broken gas valve. He and his partner drove out to get the part and had our furnace working again. Both Joe and his partner were very thoughtful, personable and professional. I felt at ease with them being in my home and very satisfied with the work. Many thanks to them for braving the weather!
