We had a long wait before getting a technician out to fix our refrigerator (which is not Jeff's fault). When he did arrive, Jeff was a consummate professional. He was friendly and fixed our refrigerator to where it works as well as new. I cannot thank him enough for the service provided today!

Rating Repair Visit
Jimmy was very personable and knowledgeable of the appliance (refrigerator) he was at my home to repair. He respected my house as though it was his own. He cleaned up after completing the repair. He tried several ways ti resolve the problem and was honest with me when he informed me, unfortunately it was deem unrepairable. Jimmy also provided information in other brand names I might want to consider when shopping for a replacement refrigerator. Although the outcome of the repair was not what I expected, the attempted repair was done with all due diligence.
