Dryer fix
Very fast and polite well job done but didn't pick up the boxes left them throwing in hallway after explaining that I got hurt yesterday

Not much done
Since dryer was working today after not heating earlier repairman did not replace the hearing element!!! He said he's not allowed to do such! Don't know how to react. He said if it quits working altogether we could call again. We still have the part in box!

Didn't Diagnose properly
He diagnosed the problem as a sensor. We bought the part and installed it. Nope. Not the sensor.

Disappointed
Tech was here less than an hour. Was just hanging out in my driveway most of the time. Didn't even come with all parts he was supposed to have. Said he was going to falsify report thinking it will get me a new fridge. Sounds more like he just didn't want to do the work. I don't even think he installed the parts he did have. Super disappointed. I've been without a working fridge in my kitchen for almost 3 months!! If this wasn't through my home warranty, I would find a different contractor.

Samsung Dishwasher
Appointment was supposed to be between 8 and 5. I didn't hear anything from him until after 7PM. Then when he arrives he can't slide the dishwasher out to see why it leaked. He decides to raise the front of it saying it may be leaking from the door. When that is accomplished I tell him it doesn't look good because now the bottom of the dishwasher sticks out much farther than the top. He asks me to use it like that and text him with a video of the leak if it happens again. It doesn't leak, but now the door doesn't open at the end of the cycle like it is supposed to, still has the funny look, and the racks don't stay out due to it not being level. I text him that and he days I need to put in another work order. Not pleased on any front.

GE oven leak gas , under Warrenty.
The technician did not detect the leak gas at the oven . One part at the bottom of the oven had a crack and gas leak. I detected it with soap water and temporary fix it with loctite. I need a new part. I took a picture of the crack. If we keep on using the oven with a leak gas, the house would catch fire.

Refrigerator
What ever was done didn't fix problem still can't use ice from top icemaker. White substance still falling from ice maker. Very not satisfied.

My house was damaged by water
My home has been with water. My fridge was not leaking water don't know what he did. But I have filed a claim with my insurance for all the water damage in my house. Bedroom wood floors and basement.

your service sucks
you can do better by actually coming and fixing my refrigerator not showing up and telling me I should have unplugged it two days earlier when I didn't even know about the appointment till 3 hours earlier

Refrigerator still not working properly.
Before the tech got to our house refer temps was 40*. After he replaced some part I now have 50*. So what you going to do? This has been going on for roughly 2 months. This is the second time a tech has been out for the same problem. I see a case of food poisoning in my future.
