Prompt and polite, BUT washer is still leaking.
I rated Logan a 4. After he left I ran a load of laundry in the Delicate Cycle. I actually had more of a leak when running the washer than I did before he arrived. Water again pooled underneath the lower right side of the washer. Logan did run a system check before leaving and showed me what repairs he made. He was super polite and pleasant, but I still have a leak. The previous issue with the Delicate and Permanent Press Cycles making a buzzing sound and not starting up seem to be resolved.

GE washer Repair
Was very happy with finding out that the washer plate only needed a screw tightened. We thought that was the problem with the grinding noise but it wasn't. The washer still makes a grinding noise going into the wash cycle. So I had to schedule another repair appointment. Service was great by Alex. Just wished we had explored the noise a little farther so we didn't have to schedule another appointment. Did excellent job on cleaning the dryer out.

First appt. came without parts for repairs.
Michael ordered part and had to return to install. He put in the part and left but when owner tried to remove the ice bin could not remove it. We called Michael back to the house and he worked diligently to get ice maker and bin to work properly. Wires behind the ice maker kept getting in the way, We give him credit for sticking with it but he should have checked proper ice bin removal initially. He is very quiet and hard to communicate with. Could work on interpersonal skills a bit.

Good technician, poor service window's, poor clean up
Good, pretty knowledgeable technician. Had to come back to our house 3x to fix a dented door. First door was damaged straight from the factory. Second door was in installable condition & installed, but unfortunately had faulty components inside straight from the factory & the water dispenser didn't work so he had to order parts & come back a 3rd time a week later. Luckily he was knowledge as what the issue was & ordered the right parts & had us back up & running after the 3rd visit. I gave a 2 star rating for a few reasons: 1. He didn't take off or cover his shoes during his visit & since it was in the middle of winter, he brought in slop & dirt into our home leaving a mess on our floors that he didn't offer to clean up when he left on any of the visits. 2. The last 2 visits he dropped ice cubes on the foor & never bothered to clean up so we had random puddles on the floor. He also left water that leaked from the fridge on the floor that he never cleaned up on 2 occasions 3. During all the visits there were faulty components & the were all left behind along with all the packaging. Not a big deal other than now I have 2 full size kitchen doors in my garage that I'm left to dispose of on my own & my cost. When I asked if he would take them he stared that I could dispose of them & the packaging. The 3rd visit he also kefy all the packaging & garbage behind leaving me to take care of it. 4. During the testing of his repairs, he grabbed whatever was convenient nearby to put water into w/o asking permission when I was literally in the same area as him. 5. The service window provided SUCKS! Given a time window of 8-5 which requires one to take off a full day for a 1 hr appointment.
