Very happy to get Anthony again
We are very impressed with Anthony. He found the problem quickly and quickly repaired it. Even though we have nothing but praise for the technician we are concerned about our home warranty. Cinch let us down and made us wait 12 days, suffering 90-100 degree temps before they sent a technician out to repair our central air.

Freezer repair
The technician was very courteous and professional on both visits to our house. On the first visit, he diagnosed the problem and was very thorough in explaining what the problem was, the parts that needed to be ordered, and what had to be done. He ordered the parts while he was there and set up our next appointment to have them installed before he left. On the second visit, he arrived and installed the parts and had our freezer up and running in no time! Again he was prompt, helpful, and very professional in everything he did. A wonderful employee who has our thanks and who the company should be thankful they have him.
