Waste of time and money
Both techs were polite and early. I was never provided a specific time by dispatch. Only 8 to 5. Immediately upon entering techs said they couldn't help. Had to convince them to try. Problem was not addressed. Appliance was not reassembled or put back. Repair quites were the same as buying a new appliance. This was a waste of time and money. I will never use Sears again and will absolutely never recommend this service. This was the stuff of bad comedy.
