Greg was professional in the Two encounters that I had with him. 1st visit - determined quickly why the broiler did not work . Ordered part and scheduled repair based on eta of part 2nd visit - Arrived on time, replaced part. My only recommendation would be to have technicians bring a dust pan and brush to clean up when finished. I had just swept and mopped earlier that morning. I was surprised to see the debris left.
