LG Washer Repair
My Stackable LG washer had a valve water leak. Hunter and a helper had to unstack the the washer. And replaced the valve. The Price was over $600. Seems high but I needed to get it fixed. But in the process of restacking his helper scratched the chrome door frame on the washer. I didn't notice until they gone. I tried to fix it with some auto scratch remover . Better but still noticeable. I'll probably try someone else next time just because the price was so expensive.

Knowledgeable but could be more courteous and thorough
Was courteous about calling before arriving and seemed to be knowledgeable. However, was hasty about providing a service quote for fixing even though we knew I was unlikely to move forward with it. Upon the quote failing to send via email, did not offer to spend the one minute or so to reassemble quote so I could take a photo, even though the appointment was quicker than scheduled because we did not do all scheduled services. Also would have been better to offer to use some shoe covers unless unsafe to use them.

Slow
Hello. Thanks s tech was very nice but it was apparent that he is still learning. This repair took much longer than it should've and would've taken even longer if I hadn't been there to assist. I'm sure that he will get faster with time so this is not a complaint, just an observation.

Tech great, system communication poor
5 stars for the tech and 1 star for the communication by the company. We had been reassured that the tech would have the model number of our machine and parts for the repair we specified. He did not receive that communication so we arranged to wait for a full day and pay for a house call to do a simple maintenance on the dryer and the washer repair (which was the main thing we needed) not done at all. David the tech was great though. Clear communication about arrival time and gave information about the part number and what needed fixing. The text system for confirming the appointment by text didn't appear to allow me to confirm. The email system had full information but didn't convey the information we'd conveyed to the phone operator who helped us arrange the service visit in the first place. So the whole thing was nearly $200 for nothing much accomplished,

Survey The problem causing a water leak from my Amana refig
Dave did not seem willing or eager to try to solve or locate the problem, in fact he seemed to make it worse. He toldl us that he was giving us a good price. Told us to call a plumber and charged us for his advice. His manner was offencive.

Better than the last repairman!
James did not insult us (as the last guy did) and quickly discovered the gasket on the freezer was distorted. He removed it and smoothed it out. This morning the freezer seems to be working fine. BUT the refrigerator is still stuck on 60 (degrees, that is) this morning. I just NEED a working refrigerator. James was great, but we are still where we were 7 days ago!

Quite disappointed with my washing machine repair
Neel contacted me before his visit and informed me of his ETA. The parts he ordered arrived as planned. However, after his efforts to repair my washing machine, it is not repaired. In fact, there doesn't seem to be any difference its performance. I will need to make another appointment.

Nice guy but
Alex is a nice but he was completely wrong, I got a 2nd opinion on what he said about the outlet how much voltage was coming out. I got the outlet tested and it's completely fine the issue is the dishwasher which we still need fixed! This was a disappointment and I truly want my money back!

Useless
Water was leaking from my filter bypass. Matias determined it was from the housing. He told me the part was not available and Sears would not try to find it unless I bought a Warranty. I asked if he could at least cap off the water in to the refrigerator so that I could turn the cold water back on at the kitchen sink, where it was connected. He said no, there was nothing more he could do. After he left, I contacted Amana and the part needed was readily available. He did not seem to have much knowledge about refrigerator repair, and offered no solutions other than to buy a warranty or a new fridge.
