I was grateful to have this repair service again as I have contacted it several times in the past. It was convenient to schedule the service online, and Robert contacted me as directed to inform me about his arrival. He was efficient and was able to identify that parts were no longer available to repair my washing machine, having bought the product 22 years ago. He provided good information for me to use in proceeding to obtain a replacement. I appreciated his service.
