Refrigerator repair
Had a power surge and the refrigerator was completely dead. The technician thought the circuit board was probably bad. After testing the board he found a few spots that had power. He pulled the power for several minutes allowing everything to reset. When plugged back in the refrigerator had power. After several minutes the compressor started back up. 15 minutes after that the temperature was coming down. No replacement parts were needed.

Greg communicated with us as to when he would be arriving. He came prepared with pads to protect our countertops in the work area he needed for the repair. He explained what he was going to do and completed the repair in timely manner. We were very impressed at how courteous and professional Greg was. His knowledge of the repair necessary gave us great confidence that he was experienced and clearly knew what he was doing. Fine job, Greg!

Kitchenaid oven repair
Greg was very knowledgeable, and all around great to have as a repairman. He was here when he said he'd be, very considerate of the kitchen space and doing his work job being careful to leave the area in the same condition as when he started. Sears repair of our oven by Greg
Greg was great, first by calling ahead telling us when he would arrive...good start. He introduced himself and went to work. He installed the new 50W blub and to his and my surprise, it failed. With a few system checks he realized success and put everything back together and and was on way. Good experience for the Kantors as we are dealing with a 16 year old double oven.
