What is this?
Your technician was fine. Your system for scheduling repairs is terrible, principally because there is no way to contact you to fix problems that arise. We wasted two full days trying to get your technician here to do his job.. we won't do that again.

Sears Home service
I recently had the pleasure of using Sears's Home service (technician Mr. Adel), and I must say, he was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, his professionalism and expertise were top notch. When the technician arrived, he arrived promptly and we're equipped with all the necessary tools and parts. His knowledge and experience were evident as he quickly diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain what the issue was and presented options (warranty plans) to help circumvent future issues, Not only did Mr. Adel excel in technical skills, but he also left a lasting impression with his friendly and personable nature. He was respectful of my home, cleaned up after himself, and took the time to answer all of my questions patiently. I felt valued as a customer and appreciated the level of transparency and honesty he displayed. Thank you The Butlers

Very professional, prompt, courteous, neat , and he fixed my washing machine! He also gave me very valuable information on use of minimal LIQUID laundry detergent, planni smaller loads, keeping the detergent compartment clean inside and within the compartment area. He and the partner on this job encouraged me to periodically use the product made for periodic "cleaning" of the washer and dishwasher appliances. He is an asset to Sears home Repair services.
