The technician was the best. Skilled, helpful, knowledgeable, caring. The best Your service took from June 28 to today August 6 to get repairs done. Calls did not get me to a human. It was the worst service scheduling of any service I ever had. I was scheduled then rescheduled over and over. Each time I waited from 8AM to 5 PM only to be rescheduled. If I gave 24 hour or less cancelation I would have been charged a fee acording to your emails. The worse experience of my life for a service provider. On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the best you are a 0

I did not allow Sears/Joseph to service my appliance today. Joseph was assigned to. Come out to my home late last year to service my dryer and his behavior as well as his competence are definitely in question. He refused to do what he should have so I did not have a working dryer for almost 6 months until a new technician was assigned. Once the new company/technician the job was done properly and 8 once again had a working dryer. I also had to pay my service twice due to the fact that Sears does not allow them to be refunded obce paid even if the job was not done. I would not recommend this company 9f technician to my worst enemy.

My service experience with Sears was AWFUL!!! Solomon came and was very UNPROFESSIONAL, extremely RUDE and didn't have much knowledge of my appliance!! I am at this point only working with Sears because of my insurance, I would NEVER recommend Sears nor Solomon!!!

Kenmore Elite model 795.72483.411 After the service being scheduled and rescheduled for about a month, the ice maker mechanism was replaced. You could hear it fill with water. The next day, there was no ice in the tray. By pushing the little button, I could manually get the ice to drop. There was a second complaint logged about the refrigeration not cooling properly. That is still happening. I need to get this fixed.

I'd given a glowing report but just went to use my dishwasher for the first time and again it is dead. No lights no ability to select a cycle or start. SOOO BUMMED!!

I have been out of heat for TWO MONTHS!!! FOUR different Sears technicians have come to "fix" my heat pump. Most have done nothing but scratch their heads, promise to order parts and never show up again. One finally got the system partially fixed. The repair is now out for "reassignment" to see if some outside contractor can fix it. SEARS is so cheap the most will not touch the job. The system needs REPLACED!!!
