Diagnosis of of transmission problem with washer.
It only took 15 minutes for Blake to diagnose our 19 year old General Electric Profile washer as having a failed transmission. On further investigation, he discovered that at least four components of the transmission assembly were obsolete and would not be available to fix the washer, IT was pronounced DOA. Blake was polite and courteous as he explained that the family washing machine was headed to the appliances graveyard. Blake had been our service technician on several other occasions and has always been a pleasure to be around. We highly recommend him to others.

Finally! We have ICE!
Despite years of a faulty icemaker (yes, Samsung, you have a problem), Adam (today) and Al & Roy (last week) were able to get the parts, needed, do the work, and today, a few short hours last, WE HAVE ICE! I can only hope the icemaker doesn't freeze up again!

Checking heating of dryer and spinning
Al explained to the owner of the unit as to why it rocks so much when spinning and worked on drainage pipe to help with the dryer working better.

Technician was very courteous and professional. Was able to answer my questions. Unfortunately the new control board installed did not resolve issue. Also the 8:00-5:00 range was arrival needs to be cut down to 4 hours.
