Hamayoon took his time to install the part n check to see if it was working and, at that time discovered that didn't fix the problem. He explained what the next steps were n even called after he left to provide a follow-up. He was truly excellent.

Our first appointment was two days earlier with a window of 7 am to 6 pm. Waited all day to be notified at 4:45 that we were being rescheduled for today, by text message. Communication could have been better and much earlier.
