Dishwasher Repair
This is the third time a service agent has been to our home for the same problem. Jawid came on February 28th in response to my original request regarding the dishwasher. The call needed some parts and the parts were ordered. I received the parts on March 6th. Two gentlemen came on March 7th, worked on the dishwasher and after a couple of hours left saying that everything is fixed. When I tried load the dishwasher and start it, I received a message "leak indicated. I reported the problem and Jawid came and worked on the dishwasher and fixed it. I am frustrated that it took two trips to fix a problem.

Hanif was prompt. He had analyzed the issue with my fridge prior to arriving. My fridge has been nonfuctional for 6 months. He came right in and took ownership of the issue. Knew exactly what was wrong. He had the part on his truck so no long drawn out ordering of parts or having to wait two weeks for a return visit. He guaranteed he could fix it and THAT HE DID!!! My fridge is cooling and even making ice. Something no other tech has been able to do since October 2023. Hanif is personable and an expert in the art of diagnosis and repair. DEFINITELY A GREAT ASSET to Sears.

Excellent service! Ahmad was very professional and respectful! Explain the problem and solution in a concise manner! Very neat and did the job that was asked of him and explain the service agreement in details! Will use sears repairs again for any future situations needing repair services!
