Another Extraordinary Service
We had an issue with our Washing Machine locking up due to ostensibly an issue with the water pump. Turned out to be a small item that slipped through and kept the water pump from working. Johnny found the item and the washing machine is now bnehaving and operating correctly. It is great as this is our second experience with 2 SEARS technicians who personified exceptional knowledge and skill.

The tech instantly evoked a spirit of confidence as listened to the issue we were facing with our microwave that was part of our GE Cooking Center. He then carefully analyzed the problem and corrected it. We were so pleased with the professional service that we signed up for a service contract for all our appliances.
