The service provided was outstanding. Joe arrived a couple of hours before I expected him. It took him about 15 minutes to determine what was wrong with dryer and he had the part in the van. It took very little time to exchange the good heating element for the bad element, and he left shortly after. I have not seen a repair incident this well done in years.

After waiting a terrible 2-3 months from the first call to only get put on hold for that long due to "BACKORDERED" item, this second call and got this person. He instantly understood what actually went wrong with my refrigerator after I explained my issue. Quick and easy, talked to my warranty company about the issue and gave me an update right then and there. It actually looks like he takes his time to get things done the right way and makes a customer satisfied.
