Amazing service!
He was very thorough in explaining what he did. He tested my appliance before he started working on it. He asked if he could pull out my appliance and open it so he can see what's going on and better diagnose it. Once he completed the work he did a final test in my presence and explained what he did.

Darryl C did a fine job. One of the parts did not arrive but he had what was needed in his van. But, Sears.....one month is an awfully long time for a person to be without a refrigerator. Much $$ loss in frozen food, buying ice for cooler, buying carry out food from restaurants. The needed compressor arrived after repair person left. I have stayed on phone 30 minutes waiting to try to communicate to someone to tell them to pick it up and then was disconnected. Hopefully, this note can be sent to someone that knows how to get in touch. The package is on my front porch for pickup.
