Refrigerator Service
Both Johnny (and Garrett who came last week, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the necessary part) did an excellent job and answered some questions that I had). I am very impressed with the efficiency and exactness of your scheduling procedure. The communication with both technicians was top notch!! Kudos to Sears and the GE service team!

My washer repair
I was impressed with the service that Mahmood provided. He was professional, polite and courteous to me and my family. The work he did on the electrical control panel on the washer was focused and fast. I appreciate how he explained what was wrong and how to maintain my machine so that it lasts longer. It was the best experience from Sears so far! I would definitely recommend this technician!
