Your technician was terrific. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately your customer service sucks. I don't like speaking to computers, I want to speak to a human being when there's a problem. I could not reach a human being when I had a problem scheduling the appointment.

Refrigerator Ice Maker Replacement
Rachid arrived as scheduled. He was engaging and efficient in re-assessing what was needed. He replaced the icemaker and determined that a second part ordered by the initial technician was not needed. He processed a return on that item. Especially when contrasting Rachid's service and the respectfulness with which he treated both me and our home with the rude, condescending manner of the initial technician, I offer a glowing rating for Rachid.
