Great Technition
He got here and went straight to work on the dishwasher, he found burnt wires and started telling us all the parts that were bad now. So glad he believes it needs to be replaced.

Tech replaced the parts ge sent me,,. Very knowledgeable individual, but unfortunately the parts they sent did not fix the problem. After 4 replacement parts oven is still inoperable,,, GE we have a problem,,!!

Dryer Motor Replacement
Lei was very Polite & Respectful & explained what was wrong with my dryer drum not turning. He also rigged my dryer so I could use it temporarily for the week that I had to wait to receive the part & him returning to replace it!! I would right him on a Scale of 1-10, 10+.

Todays repair
Eliseo L was professional Sears service sucks! Waited over six weeks for my washer machine to be repaired. Worse communication ever. Unable to reach a real live person when calling. Only recorded prompts then hang up. Bombarded with ads but. O updates on finding part. Horrible customer service and support.
