Current repair was great,
He found the problem right away and fixed it. But on March 29th when I first called on the problem a repairman said that he needed to order some parts to fix it. But it turned out that he claimed that the unit was unreachable so he did nothing, nor did he or anyone tells us that my call for repair was dead. We waited for over two months for the parts to arrive while my 79 year old wife washed the dishes by hand. I called to see what was going on and another agent came out ordered the part, and fixed it. Neither he nor today's agent had any trouble working on the unit. Yesterday I called to complain that your company had failed to complete the contract during those two months when nothing was done on the repair until I called. I lost over two months of services. Yesterday I spoke to 8 different departments with no one able to restore the service I lost. My service with you expires in one day. I want the two months restored in case a new problem shows up. The only option left to me is to call a lawyer, and to tell all my friends to avoid your services.
