After my initial claim report, I was notified often to keep me updated on assigned appointment. Abdur-rahim, from Sears, arrived on time and was very cordial. After identifying the problem, Andre-rahim worked efficiently and had repair completed within the hour. 😁

After 3 months and 4 repair men, Kevin finally got it done…yay! It has basically been rebuilt. Hopefully it will last a few more years. I will say that I won't do this in the future. It would have been cheaper and faster to buy a new one. This one is only 5 years old.
