Great Experience
Anthony is professional, courteous and efficient. He located the source of the problem with our washer quickly, set out what repair was needed and did it. He answered our questions and offered some advice on operation of the washer. He suggested we seriously consider the Sears Warranty for appliances, explaining the savings that would be realized if repairs are required. We would gladly have Anthony back to maintain our appliances.
