3 months and still no working washer
No washing machine for 3 months. Numerous visits, 3 different techs, many, many replacement parts. Received 2 of the same parts in one shipment. Four defective latches part W11307244. I have a protection agreement. I will work with the warranty dept to have this machine declared irreparable and receive adequate compensation. the techs have been great, they don't get sufficient support.
