Josiah is a very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable technician. He arrived as scheduled and went right to work. After his trouble shooting of the refrigerator, he found a bad compressor. However, the part was not in stock and he had to order it. He informed me that it would be about a week before it arrives. I hope he returns to install the part!

The experience with Sears service was great, I was surprised they offered same day service. The technicians kept us well informed of the anticipated arrival time and were prompt. Marc was very pleasant and knowledgeable, I felt they did a thorough diagnosis, answered any questions we had.

Very long wait for great service
