Great technicians. Lousy dispatch
The technicians who come to our house are great very knowledgeable. We appreciate them. The trouble is your dispatch system. Again and again we set up times for techs to come out on line and make repairs. When we would call back to confirm we could reach no o e and your system indicated we had set up nothing. You have GOT to find a better system of dispaTCH!!! PLEASE!!!! And talking to a person takes a miracle!!!! But again the technicians like Alberto are excellent!!!!

Believe it or not you still got good people out there willing to work put in the effort to teach us one thing or another I appreciate the gentleman that came in today to work on my refrigerator he did an awesome job he kind of educated me on do's and don'ts and what things were it took time to do what some people never do.
