Great service by Winfred! Very slow scheduling by Sears!
Winfred has been great! Sears Home Services however is extremely slow in providing service and uses voice mail quite efficiently to avoid talking directly with consumers. They've been involved for six weeks now; taking two weeks to show up after the initial call; two weeks to install a part that I received a day after their first service call; and two more weeks when the repair part didn't work after install. I challenge them to be more expedient, as this refrigerator repair is passing the sixth week. Are they up to the task? I know Winfred is.
