I called to report issue with my range; not only were they able to schedule within a week; the service tech that came out was very helpful and informative. He took the time to make sure the oven was heating correctly which meant staying a few minutes more to use a thermometer and then recalibrated the thermostat plus gave me a lot of good information. Thank you Mr. Hays. 38 years of service means a lot today.
