Excellent Job!
Unlike the previous technician, John was able to give an accurate diagnosis of the issue that was occurring with my refrigerator!!! He did an awesome job explaining and fixing the issue in a timely manner!!! I would recommend John to complete any type of issues with my appliances!!! He is an amazing technician who knows what he is doing!!!

Ice maker in new LG refrigerator
Glenn was so nice and professional. He showed me how to access the ice maker in case clogging occurs again. Both technicians exhibited what customer service is all about -- a 10+! I would always request them if it were possible.

Microwave beyond repair
Jeff did a great job on trying to get my microwave repaired but unfortunately it was not meant to be. I enjoyed talking with Jeff as he was working on the microwave who is an American veteran which is my favorite kind of people to talk to.

John is very professional & thorough. He didn't just diagnose the problem I reported, he took the time to look at how the duct & cord were installed & found that both were done improperly by the installation company. He fixed those, as well as the issue I reported.
