I recently had the pleasure of having Kenneth from Sears Appliance Repair fix my dryer, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Replace refrigerator cooling fan
Roosevelt was wonderful! He was technically knowledgeable and completed the part removal and installation in a timely manner. He took time to explain the source of the problem and what to expect in regards to normal functioning of the refrigerator. Negative critique is a grade D for scheduling the repair, re-scheduling the repair, and communicating via voice mail the "day before" notification of the repair. Over a month transpired between receipt of the repair parts (shipped directly to my home) and final schedule of the repair. The final schedule was for Monday June 3. On Saturday June 1, we received 2 or 3 recorded voice messages from Sears stating that the repair technician would arrive "tomorrow" (Sunday June 2). No technician showed up or contacted us June 2. On Sunday June 2, we again received multiple phone messages with the same recorded notice (arrive 'tomorrow"). On Monday June 3, we received the same recorded message again (arrive "tomorrow", meaning June 4). Fortunately, Roosevelt called to notify me that he was enroute about 20 minutes away. You need to get your voice notification system adjusted!!
