As happens so many times, when Adam checked the washer the washer worked fine. He was able to wash a load of clothes on the normal cycle which we had not been able to do. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He checked various areas of the washer and found no problems. We came to the conclusion that it was a problem with the computer system in the washer and hopefully has reset the computer. I am interested in the Sears warranty service and he checked and said it is not available in the zip code of 28905. I hope Sears will reconsider and offer this service in our area. We were very pleased with Adam . He assured us that if we have the same problem in the future we should contact Sears again. Jeanne S.

GE Monogram refrigerator
Did a good job. It will take 24 hours to determine if the refrigerator is fixed. We have been changing parts since 28 May.

The Technicians were fabulous. Courteous, Experts& a pleasure to deal with. Their administration that I dealt with over the phone not so much. That part was NOT a pleasure! The different prompts to get to talk to someone we're annoying. If there is any issue they were useless.
