Refrigerator repair
Kylen was very good and pleasant. Got our fridge running again for which we are very thankful. I will see the scheduling needs some tweaking though. We were given a 8am to 4pm time frame and he apologized for arriving at 5:36 pm stating it had been a very busy day. We do understand this; however scheduling should be respectful of everyone's time- including your service technician. We give Kylen a thumbs up, scheduling process not so much.

Ice maker problem
Many technicians have worked on my ice maker, replaced parts ( some have been replace multiple times) and it still does not produce ice and leaks inside the refrigerator. This has been ongoing since November of 2023. The technicians have all been great, but the problem is not fixed. It is time for someone to make a decision if it can be fixed and if not, then please honor your part of the agreement and replace the refrigerator.
