Ismael Q was awesome-he listened to concerns-tried his best to repair but furnace is unrepairable. He recognized the number of calls on the unit-followed thru on contacting the protection agreement devision and set up for replacement of unit. After over a year of multiple call and service techs-Ismael fully followed thru. Thank you Ismael.

Your tech was excellent!!! Your company, like all other companies need to be able to speak to a live person who speaks English when there's an issue! Your customer service is woefully lacking! Do yourself a favor and get rid of AI!!! No one likes multiple choice questions to resolve an issue!

Great Service
Scott was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he could not repair the machine. The previous tech did no troubleshooting (GARY J.) and never ran the machine to observe the problem. Consequently, the machine needed many parts and was deemed too expensive to repair. Also, note that I have been without a washing machine for five weeks and I find this to be unacceptable. I now am waiting to hear from ASSURANT to see: what is the next step to get a new washing machine? We are seniors and it is very costly to go to the next town to a laundromat. We are very disappointed in the way this situation was handled.
