Service technician was outstanding
My service experience was outstanding, thanks to the expert service provided by my technician, Lee. He has serviced my appliances for years and he knows my Kenmore refrigerator well. He is not only a knowledgeable professional, but he is also friendly and personable. He even remembered my now elderly dog!
