Ronald was certainly one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with! Very knowledgeable, informative and very polite. He called and came to my house by 8:30am, fixed the problem showed me the part he replaced and was done in no time. He was respectful of my home and property. If he had his own company, he would be my go to guy.

Appliance repair for washing machine
Everything was great EXCEPT for the fact. That when you run debit or credit cards it produces a pending charge for $.01 to Hertz Car Sales in Clearwater Fl. This caused me a lot of time and frustration to figure out what was going on. And I had a block put on the card I paid with. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days before I get a new one. I talked to Hertz Car Sales in Clearwater Fl. they say that this has been going on for over 3 years. I have tried calling Sears but the automated system hangs up on me. This really needs to be fixed.
