Technician called 20 minutes to notify me as a customer, allowed me time to prepare for services. Technician Knowledgeable and asked clarifying questions to determine issue. Educated customer on next step and when to notify if issue not resolved. Excellent!!

We Have Ice!
It took longer than the technician thought it would but he persisted until our appliance was fixed. Noticed cooling in the refrigerator yesterday evening and we have ice from the ice maker this morning.
