Unacceptable Service scheduling process
My service provider did an outstanding job… I have an issue with customer service. On the day of my service which was 8:AM to 4:52 PM I received multiple time changes, which eventually came with cancellation of the service for that day after I waited all day 8 AM to 4:52 PM scheduled the next day again 8:AM to 4:52 PM and received numerous texts Changing the time. This process is totally unacceptable. During this time, I was not able to get a real person on the phone from Sears to large my complaint. Sears needs to improve their scheduling process. Second opinion on microwave
Thomas B was very professional. I was dissatisfied with the previous contractor regarding his findings. Thomas explained everything to us about his findings. He took his time trying to see what he could do to help us get a replacement or fixed. Also he called 2-10 warranty to let them know his findings & got back with us within 10-15 minutes. This was a way better customer experience with Thomas B!!
