Tech evaluated problem over the phone and ordered parts which we had to wait 14 days for, which resulted in us having no refrigerator. Although, when tech came to the house, he had misdiagnosed the problem. Poor judgement on tech's part. I feel like tech was dishonest in charges.

He diagnosed it from 30 miles away

This is the rudest man anywhere. He never showed up and diagnosed my dryer problem from 30 miles away and refused to come look at it. My dryer is not repaired. I have his text messages to prove my claim. I now must hire someone to fix my problem.

William never made it out. A technician from. Whirlpool came three weeks ago to put the casket on. However William did call and I informed him that the casket had alreadybeen put on. Needless to say the refrigerator worked for about a week and the problem still exists
