Sears Kenmore Elite/LG new compressor
Once William Adams was here with the parts the repair went smoothly and w/o any problems. William was a very nice and competent young man. HOWEVER, having to wait 4 weeks for parts and 9 weeks for a repairman is unconscionable and unnecessary. We had to make due with a small bar fridge and ate most of our meals out. Also, Sears cancelled one of our appointments w/o any warning or notification until 4:31PM the day of appointment, August 2, 2023. That is the definition of POOR and INCONSIDERATE SERVICE IMHO! Again, William Adams was fine today. Sears should try to be more like him, he should be the standard they meet or exceed, not the one they currently deliver (or lack thereof)!

He was early and on time. I talked to him about the issues and he gave back his honest opinion about the range. He do a wonder job putting it back together and was a pleasure to talk to. Thanks and will definitely use this service when needed.

He did the job. He had to order screws that got striped. Once those arrive job will be complete.

Dishwasher repair
Bill diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The Home Warranty folks took his advice and replaced the dishwasher. Bill returned to pick up the equipment. I had no issues with Bill's work, efficient and knowledgeable. The one-way texts from the company that did not allow for a reply were very frustrating
