Douglas was very courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about our dryer. From the complaint, he had a good idea what the problem was, and even had the part in his tool bag when he came in the house. Left the area neat and clean.

Washer imbalance fixed quickly
Douglas diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to reattach a part. He also saw that balance pads were very worn and was able to replace them with parts available in his truck. He also was very personable. I really appreciate his work.
