Refrigerator repair
Well, I wasn't disappointed in the Technician that came out, but I am definitely disappointed in the insurance service. I waited for four weeks for parts for my refrigerator to find out that we didn't even need the parts that all we needed to do was have somebody come out and solder the lines that leaks. But he did go and replace the condenser for us right away while he was here. I would also like to let you know that my wife and I had to go out and purchase a used refrigerator because of how long we had to wait to get this one repaired. Do you really think it was fair to us to have to go for weeks without a refrigerator? I feel that somebody should reimbursed me for what I had to spend to buy another refrigerator till you guys came out and got this one fixed.
