Honest assesment of problem
Kenneth was very polite and professional, and after a quick assesment it was determined that the dishwasher had probably reached its end of service. Parts if needed were not available, so he didn't want to waste any more of our time and money, which we appreciated. He did explain the cause of the error code and what might be tried to correct it. I am happy to report that I was able to correct the issue and the dishwasher is working again. For how long?????
