Kitchen Aid refrigerator
Ricky came yesterday 09/21/23 to fix my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator because it is not cooling. He replaced a copper piece on lower back of my fridge and then said that it is not repairable and left with fridge turned on. After 45min, a white smoke and hissing sound came at the place where he replaced the copper piece. I turned off the fridge.

Horrible tech and service
Vincent treated my parents with such rudeness and complete disrespect. He told 78 year old individuals that is unacceptable to not pull a fridge out and clean it. He then charged for the clean up, BUT he left a huge mess which involved hours of clean up.

Clueless, very nice person
Talked about washer problems checked nothing ran through cycle with no problem. Our insurance company sent a tech who was great, he checked the electronic valves with a meter for accuracy was very knowledgable, felt good knowing the valves were operating correctly.
