service on our LG refrigerator
we were pleased with the service, however we were no happy with having to dispose of all the packing material and the old parts that were replaced. we put them in the garbage as directed from the service man, but we're not sure our garbage company will take them, any time in the past we had service from other companies they cleaned up old replaced materials Thank you again for repairing our refrigerator. Not qualified
Ken was sent on a job that he is not trained in. Not his fault, an upper management issue. He never worked on my range before and didn't have the equipment up troubleshoot. Shame on management.
