So helpful and nice!
Joshua was so incredibly kind and helpful. I really appreciated him being patient while I asked all of my questions, and answering them each in a helpful, kind way. He was very knowledgeable about the machine we have, took the time to test the machine to recreate the problem, and was quick to figure out the issue, then offer solutions for how I can fix them, all while being very kind and professional at the same time. I truly appreciate his help!

Great service but lag time is a problem
This is the latest of many visits from sears. Our refrigerator has a continuing leak after replacing compressor and coils. All of the techs have been very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. My only complaint is that the latest visit took 5 weeks from request. I hope this is not a trend.
