Grace is the best
You don't want to lose Grace- i have had a service contract for 17 years and she is one of the best you have. The recent techs w your new outsource solution don't come close !!

Greatly Exceeded Expectations
From my research I expected that my tractor was not repairable due to a failure in the transmission for which there was no repair or replace option. The technician, Dave, tentavely agreed however he still proceeded thru all the possible steps to assure both of us that our initial assumptions where correct. By the time he left I was 100% confident of Dave and our conclusions.

A&E Factory Service Experience
Very courteous and professional. Explained everything very well. While not his fault at all, it has to be mentioned that I stayed home earlier in the week all day only to have no service tech come. Then I waited all day a second day until 3:00 in the afternoon. They should be able to provide better windows of expected arrival for the service tech. Again, not Jules fault. He was very good.

Review
The tech did a great job. The scheduler did not, however. I specifically asked if the service coveted blowing the lint out of the hose. I was told yes, and since that's what I wanted, I booked an appt. Now I need to get another service who does this, take another day off from work, and spend extra money.
