He was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with the washing machine. When I saw the motor was shot . I new I needed to replace the washing machine. Excellent!

They were very good in taking care of my problem with the freezer line however this was going on since my first call in Sept 2023 and this occured 2 times before with water coming out from the freezer so this is the third time also my thermostat was replaced this year ! I am very disappointed with the mater protection agreement program you should not keep people that buy your program in the dark! That can cause problems for your company with lawsuits
