Washing Machine Repair
Our service engineer quickly assessed the problem with the washing machine and replaced the defective part. He had it back up and running in under an hour and explained what part had failed. He did a great job saving us hundreds if we had to go buy a new one!

Refrigerator Repair
George was great. However our refrigerator broke in July and it took 7 weeks to get it working again. Unacceptable! One appointment the repair tech never arrived after we waited all day. Unbelievable! 2nd compressor repair in 7 years. Poor equipment and service scheduling for Kenmore Pro product. Expensive repairs. Can anything be done to reduce the financial charges?

Unfortunately I can't say the same for Sears. Times for the technician to arrive were inaccurate. After receiving a time for arrival as 1.08pm I received a call confirming my visit for the next day.
