Great technician
Paul is fantastic and does a great job. Sears other than Paul really sucks. Your warranty people aren't worth the time of day. Your parts department is terrible. Your warranty department is the worst I've ever dealt with.

Easy fix

Paul listened to my issues. Diagnosed the problem very quickly. Ordered parts and then made the needed repairs. He was great.

Not Complete
He came in and got the dishwasher working. It was assumed to be fixed, but it did not complete the first load before it shut down and was blinking again. I called and he said that it would cost 400-500 dollars to repair the control panel. I appreciated that he did not think it was worth fixing. Bob was also helpful in advice with the panel that had come off. Unfortunately, I had buy a new dishwasher. I would use him again. Not his fault, my control panel is bad.

My washer repair..
The technician was great I will give him a 5. But the customer service people on the phone are awful. Very hard to understand and very confused about what was needed. I was charged 2 times for the same service on the same day. Not sure how to correct this problem.

Washing Machine Repair
Bernard showed up earlier than expected!! Called me and explained all he was going to do, my mother in law and my wife said he did a great job and the machine is running well. He called me and explained what he had done, which I appreciated... Everyone thought he did a great job..

Fridge repair
Friendly guy, but useless at his job. He fixed the initial problem, but now the fridge sounds like a large generator and part of the fridge has fallen off where he was supposed to put it back. Now I'm supposed to make a fourth appointment and live with this noise until next week. Some of us have jobs, and I am unable to take another day off for your sloppy work. Stand behind your work and send someone out TODAY!!!!
